 After signing up for our services, a Dogpile Cleanup representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process step by step. 

Once you sign up for services, a Dogpile Cleanup team member will get in touch to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process from start to finish. 

All billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is enabled, Dogpile Cleanup will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. These records are also accessible in the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service may be paused.
